Le Creuset Stores Terms & Conditions
  1. You can obtain a Le Creuset Loyalty Card free at any of the following participating Le Creuset stores at Bluewater, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Guildford, London - Fulham Road, London – Hampstead, London – Islington, London – Marylebone, London - Muswell Hill, London - Notting Hill, London – Wimbledon, Solihull, St. Albans and Windsor. Your Le Creuset Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Le Creuset UK Ltd, 83-84 Livingstone Road, Walworth Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5QZ.
  2. You can use your Le Creuset Loyalty Card at any of the participating Le Creuset stores named above. You cannot transfer your Le Creuset Loyalty Card to any other person. Stamps are personal to the individual Le Creuset Loyalty Card holder and cannot be pooled with stamps earned by another individual and redeemed together. The Le Creuset Loyalty Card promotion is only open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
  3. Le Creuset Loyalty Card is not available to employees of Le Creuset UK Ltd.
  4. A stamp can only be added at the time of purchase and only if your Le Creuset Loyalty Card is presented at the time of payment. You will earn one stamp for any purchase of Le Creuset products over £50 at any of the participating Le Creuset stores named above. Only one stamp may be awarded per visit.
  5. A completed Le Creuset Loyalty Card, bearing 8 stamps, may be redeemed in any of the participating Le Creuset stores named above, for one of the following reward gifts:
    • Classic/Grand Teapot RRP £47.00
    • Rainbow Set of 6 Mini Ramekins or Egg Cups RRP £45.00
    • Heritage Rectangular Dish 32cm RRP £50.00
    • 6 Egg Cups RRP £54.00

    A completed Le Creuset Ultimate Loyalty Card, bearing 12 stamps, may be redeemed for one of the following reward gifts:

    The reward gifts will be available in your colours of choice (where applicable) and for collection in store.
  6. Le Creuset reserves the right to substitute at any time the reward gifts for which a completed Le Creuset Loyalty Card may be redeemed for goods of equivalent value to those named above.
  7. No returns or substitutions of reward gifts are allowed unless the gift has an inherent fault or defect which was not apparent on inspection at the time of collection. If this is the case you are requested to contact the Le Creuset Helpline on 0800 373792. Le Creuset is not responsible for any damage to the gift after collection from the participating store.
  8. Stamps have no cash value. Redeemed stamps and Le Creuset Loyalty Cards cannot be used again. Stamps can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions.
  9. Your Le Creuset Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date.
  10. If you lose your Le Creuset Loyalty Card or it is stolen, you will lose any stamps you have earned on that card and no replacement will be issued.
  11. Le Creuset reserves the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Le Creuset Loyalty Card programme. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Le Creuset Loyalty Card shall at any time be the terms and conditions published on the Le Creuset website and your continued use of the Le Creuset Loyalty Card shall continue your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and although Le Creuset will endeavour to resolve any disputes regarding your use of your Le Creuset Loyalty Card quickly and amicably, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  13. The promoter of the Le Creuset Loyalty Card scheme is Le Creuset UK Ltd, 83-84 Livingstone Road, Walworth Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5QZ.
Information and Eligibility Criteria
Information
  • Interest free credit is offered through and subject to a 3rd party agreement with Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC (‘Hitachi’). Where a customer is offered a credit arrangement, the customer will be provided with full terms of their individual agreement at the time of application.
  • Subject to Hitachi’s terms, the customer may be offered to spread the cost of their purchase over a maximum of 12 months.
  • Interest Free Credit may only offered to customers purchasing in Le Creuset Boutique and Flagship stores.
  • There is a minimum spend of £350 to be eligible to apply.
  • Where a customer accepts the interest free credit arrangement, the customer is required to make a minimum deposit of 10% of the total sale, to be paid in store on the day of the sale.
  • Please note that interest free credit is not open to employees of Le Creuset.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for interest free credit, the customer must:
  1. be 18 years of age or older;
  2. be in permanent paid employment (over 16 hours a week), or retired and receiving a pension, or be a house-person with a partner in permanent paid employment, or be self-employed;
  3. be a UK resident (minimum of 12 months);
  4. be able to provide acceptable proof of address and proof of signature;
  5. make payments by direct debit; and
  6. be purchasing the product for personal not business use.
If a customer would like to apply for interest free credit, the customer should ask our trained staff in store.
