Breakfast oats ingredients:
  • 120g oats
  • 1 ½ cups (375ml) milk or coconut milk
  • ½ cup (125ml) boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
Caramelised apple ingredients:
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, quartered and roughly chopped
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey

    To make the oats, mix all the ingredients together and divide between your On The Go Le Creuset Food Flask Tumblers. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

    The next day, place the butter and honey in a small saucepan and allow the butter to melt. Once the mixture is foamy, add the apples. Mix to coat in the butter-honey mixture until golden and caramelised evenly.

    Divide the oats between 2-4 canisters. Top with the caramelised apples and sprinkle with mixed seeds.
