Ingredients
- 200g quick cook macaroni
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 500ml milk
- 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
- 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1Place the Deep Frying Pan over medium heat.

2Place the macaroni, parsley, milk, mustard, and cheese in the pan and stir.

3Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly, until the macaroni is cooked and the sauce has thickened.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5For a crunchy top, place the cooked Mac and Cheese under a hot grill in the Frying Pan until golden brown. The Frying Pan must be 5cm from the grill.
