Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over £50. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some parts of the Territory. If the first attempt at home delivery fails, ParcelForce will automatically attempt to deliver the next working day if the parcel has not been left at a local Post Office or with a neighbour. Alternatively you can rearrange an alternative redelivery or pick up, which is available for a period of 7 business days. We recommend to download the free application from ParcelForce in order to track your parcel.
5.2. Standard product pricing policy. Le Creuset operates a standard product pricing policy in the Territory, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important. Therefore, no tax refunds will be granted for orders placed and shipped to the Channel Islands.
5.3. Delay in delivery. If our supply of the products is delayed for any reason, then we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, however we will do what we can to reduce the delay. We may recover to dispatch to you any products ordered by you at any time, prior to ownership passing in the case of breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or negligence. Risk in the product will pass to you when the product is delivered to you or to a designated third person or when a carrier organised by you collect it from us.
5.5. Reservations. In case of delivery of an obviously damaged or non-conforming package (i.e. opened package), and this despite of the care given not only to the packaging but also in the choice of the carrier, you can (i) refuse the delivery and indicate the reason on the delivery note or (ii) accept the delivery but indicate your reservations on the delivery note and do not sign it. In any case, you must notify the carrier and Le Creuset UK of the reservations.

In the event your order is split into several deliveries over different days: you have until 30 calendar days starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the last product ordered under the order you want to cancel. In the event you have purchased a set or bundle of items the withdrawal right can be applied to the whole set and not the single item of set.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. We will refund you using the same payment method as for the original order.
6.6. You have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned product and the right to refuse to refund the purchase price paid if the product is not returned as required above in clause 6.4.
6.7. We may reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product. If you handle the product in a way which would not be acceptable in-store, we reserve the right to reduce your refund, to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", if price tags have been removed, if the Le Creuset packaging is damaged or if accessories are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due. Our Customer Service Team at helpline.uk@lecreuset.com or freephone 0800 373792 can advise you on whether we're likely to reduce your refund.
