Multi-ply Stainless Steel Cleaning Tips
Le Creuset 3-ply Stainless Steel and Signature Stainless Steel cookware is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend washing by hand. To clean your cookware, just follow these easy steps:
#1. Allow the pan to cool for a few minutes before cleaning.
#2. Use a soft nylon pad, brush, or sponge to clean with hot, soapy water. Avoid harsh abrasive pads or cleaning agents as they may cause damage.
#3. For products with a non-stick coating, we recommend washing by hand in hot soapy water rather than cleaning in the dishwasher. This will prolong the life of the non-stick surface and enhance cooking performance.
#4. Only recommended non-stick cleaning pads should be used on the non-stick surfaces. Avoid any metal, harsh abrasive or stiff pads/washing-up brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents as these may cause damage.
#5. Rinse and dry cookware thoroughly before storing away. Drying your cookware straight after washing helps to prevent water spots.
