Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1 piece of ginger (approx. 20 g)
- Lemon juice
- 2 stalks of celery
- 200 g pineapple or mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 1 handful white grapes (approx. 70 g)
- 6 mint leaves, optional
- 250 ml coconut water

Method

1Peel the avocado half and the ginger. Remove the celery stalks and cut them into small pieces. Place the avoca-do, ginger, celery and mango in a blender. Wash and add the spinach. Add approx. 250 ml coconut water so that the fruit is covered.

2Add a little lemon juice to finish. Start the blender and let it run for about 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour the smoothie into Le Creuset Tumblers and serve immediately.
