A refreshing and vibrant green smoothie, perfectly served in Le Creuset glassware.

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 piece of ginger (approx. 20 g)
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 200 g pineapple or mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 handful white grapes (approx. 70 g)
  • 6 mint leaves, optional
  • 250 ml coconut water

    Peel the avocado half and the ginger. Remove the celery stalks and cut them into small pieces. Place the avoca-do, ginger, celery and mango in a blender. Wash and add the spinach. Add approx. 250 ml coconut water so that the fruit is covered.

    Add a little lemon juice to finish. Start the blender and let it run for about 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour the smoothie into Le Creuset Tumblers and serve immediately.
